Classes & Workshops

Policy

Refer to the calender or newsletter to find class schedule.

Classes and workshops are offered at Plymouth for the benefit of the participant, teacher/leader and Plymouth . To insure the increase in variable expenses (lights, heating or cooling, etc) is covered classes

1.1 All participants must register and pre-pay.

1.2 Minimum of four participants are required for class to be held.

1.3 Classes with less than the minimum registrants with be cancelled at least 24 hours in advanced

1.3.1 Registrants will be contacted via phone, if one left when they registered

1.3.2 Cancellation will be posted on website

1.4 Classes may also be cancelled do to teacher unavailability and notification will be done as described above.

1.5 Refunds

1.5.1 For Classes cancelled by Plymouth there will be a full refund with checks available in the office the following Sunday.
